“At the end of week 1, I already felt like I’d received my money’s worth.”

If you aren’t able to attend the March 2026 session, another session is scheduled for April 29 to June 2, 2026. (But after that, you’ll have to wait until the fall!)

Student Comments

“Yes, enthusiastically.” was the answer from all students responding to the end-of-course survey to “Would you recommend this course to a colleague?” Other students responded with positive comments such as these:

  • “Sharon’s course is fantastic! The tips she provides on how to best help clients, pitfalls to watch out for, and tools of the trade were incredibly valuable—and I feel far more confident about starting freelancing after taking this course! Sharon was very supportive and encouraging—her enthusiasm for her chosen profession and teaching others is abundantly clear! – K.R.
  • “I liked how thorough Sharon was with the materials. She didn’t hold back on the tools of the trade, giving us a detailed checklist of things to proofread for as well as lists of proofreading and fact-checking resources. I love that the assignments were short but filled with errors to catch. Supereffective without taking up too much time.” – D.F.B.
